Personal data policy
For you to place a booking with us we need the following information:
Name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
We register this information with the sole purpose of delivering your product to you.
Your information is not passed on or sold to any third parties.
As a registered guest at GoMonkey ApS you have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know which information has been registered pertaining to you. These rights are ensured by the Personal Data Act. Please forward any inquiry related to this to: [email protected].
Should you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please direct your inquiry to [email protected]. Should we fail to resolve your complaint you can forward your complaint to any relevant government boards providing the conditions for this have been met.

Booking – refunds
Pre-paid bookings are only refunded if adverse weather conditions lead to the closure of the park for safety reasons. Full compensation is given in the form of gift certificates or re-scheduling of the booking. Please note that GoMonkey solely determine whether or nok weather conditions are safe to climb in.
Should your booking number be lost a new copy can be requisitioned by e-mailing the vendor. The product is only forwarded in exchange for display of valid picture ID, as well as information about the phone number and e-mail address used to place the booking.
In the case of cancellation of a booking the full amount paid is refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days before session start. 50 % of the amount is refunded if cancellation occurs between 13 and 8 days before session start. Cancellation 7 days or less before session start does not entitle to a refund of cash.
Any fees relating to the purchase of a product are not refunded.
Any product cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any product cannot be altered, adjusted or exchanged after purchase completion. In emergencies and by payment of a DKK 25, – fee, a session date and time may be eligible for change.
An annual pass is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase and can be used for as many times as you want in all GoMonkey climbing parks throughout the valid time period. An annual pass is personal and valid ID must be presented upon arrival at one of our parks. If you buy an annual pass for someone else, use that person’s name when you fill in information for the invoice. If the annual pass is misused it will be impounded and no refund will be payed to the buyer.
You must book your visit online at least 48 hours in advance and you can bring one friend who will receive a discount of up to 20 % for climbing sessions.

If you’re not registered at book.gomonkey.dk, you will need to register as a user to purchase a GoMonkey annual pass.
You’ll receive a receipt in an e-mail containing instructions on how to book climbing sessions using the annual pass.
Please note that GoMonkey is seasonal and that the parks are closed for the winter between November 1st and February 28th. During these months annual pass-holders will only be able to use their passes if the park in question is open for business.
Expiration of your annual pass
Your annual pass expires automatically 365 days after the date of purchase.
Purchase of gift certificates
Please check that the gift certificate lists the amount you purchased.
The gift certificate expires 3 years after the date pf purchase.
Any remaining value on a gift certificate can be paid out no later than 1 year from the expiry date.
Purchase of gift certificate comes with a 14 day right of withdrawal.
A gift certificate can be exchanged for cash in one of our parks upon payment of a DKK 100, – handling fee. Gift certificates of less value than DKK 100, – cannot be exchanged for cash.
A GoMonkey gift certificate is a holder’s certificate to be considered equal to bills and coinage. Consequently, a lost or stolen gift certificate cannot be replaced. The person in possession of a gift certificate will always be considered eligible to using it. Right of complaint
At GoMonkey we strive to deliver a product free from any flaws or faults. But should we have missed something you have every opportunity to invoke your right of complaint.
This must be done as soon as possible and within a “reasonable” timeframe after you discover a flaw or error with your product. As long as a complaint is registered with us within one week after the discovery, we’ll consider the complaint valid.
